Company Enrollment

We have fully streamlined our enrollment and employee onboarding processes to ease the burden on HR and benefits professionals. After a few short conversations, you'll have annual access to FCS Programs tailored to your workforce and your company's employee return-to-work and retention goals. 

 

After onboarding is completed, any employees who live and work in Colorado and are active in the program will be granted access to our Scheduling Portal to book appointments and set calendars. While this process is designed to be as hands-off as possible for employers, we are ready to provide any additional details or information on employee services if and when you need it.

 

Please note that annual enrollment costs are based on the size of your company's employee base. These fees guarantee our pricing and availability for the enrollment year. Per employee costs for four weeks of specific programs are outlined below.

Maternity & Paternity Program

Our unique and indispensable maternity and paternity programs give new parents the help they need when and where they need it.

​

The per employee cost for 4 weeks of the Maternity/Paternity Program is $2,200.

Family Caregiver

Program

The FCS Caregiver Program supports and acknowledges employees who are taking care of the ill, aged or otherwise infirm. 

 

The per employee cost for 4 weeks of the Family Caregiver Program is $1,800.

Personal Injury or

Illness Program 

More than half of employees take leave  due to their own personal medical conditions. Help them get back on their feet and back to the office.

 

The per employee cost for 4 weeks of the  Injury or Illness Program is $2,000.
